1. Fully Managed Private Homecare

As a person or family member seeking care we supply and manage our care staff directly to you. We assess your homecare needs and with you develop your own care plan which we monitor with our care staff.

Our staff come to you on a casual basis, so that if your circumstances change you are under no obligation to continue with the service. You will find that when you use our staff you will be well supported both at home and through our office. If you have concerns or questions about access to services in your area our office staff will be able to direct you to help get the answers you need.

2. Brokerage

As a manager of a government or non-government community based program we provide you with care staff in an emergency, on a short-term or an on-going basis. We provide you with accurate up to date feedback on the status of your clients and support your case managers with customised reports and invoices to assist you with your reporting responsibilities. Our proprietary software allows easy access to each of your client's history and maintains a comprehensive roster to enable your case managers to have a clear picture of expenditure within their case load.

3. Human Services Management

If you are currently employing your own care staff or would like to manage your own care staff but don't like the idea of doing all the paperwork, we offer a full range of human resource administration services:

i. Recruitment

We organise the advertising, screening, interviewing, and reference checking for your  prospective employees. We provide you with pro-forma employment contracts and a DIY manual "How to Manage Home Care Staff"

ii. Case Management

In consultation with all parties involved The Carers will create a Care Plan that suits the specific needs of each individual. The Carers will monitor the program, provide regular feedback and make adjustments to the care requirements as needed.

Where required The Carers will work in conjunction with other organisations involved in service delivery, to achieve the best outcome for the individual client.

Administrative Services Management

We prepare your payroll, calculate and pay your superannuation and withholding tax obligations. We track the leave entitlements of your employees and at the end of the financial year we issue your staff Group Certificates.

This leaves you to focus on the needs of your loved one, organising your staff without the burden of all the administrative requirements that come with being an employer.
