Dementia Care
Dementia is a term used to describe the symptoms of a large group of illnesses, which cause a progressive decline in a person's mental functioning. It is a broad term which describes a loss of memory, intellect, rationality, social sills and normal emotional reactions.

Using dementia specialist staff from The Carers many people living with dementia are able to maintain their independence at home for a considerable time.

The Carers will assist with meal preparation, medication prompting and with personal care.
